Please notify us before your treatment: If you easily faint during blood drawing or have low blood pressure, very tired or have hypoglycemia so we can adjust and customize the treatment for you.
Our waiting room time is seconds if any and every effort is made to keep it that way, but on rare occasions, you may need to wait 10-15 min. Please adjust your schedule accordingly and allow to spend up to 50 min (follow- up) to 75 min. (initial visit) If you're in a hurry we can shorten with special needle stimulation, without reducing the quality of treatment.

A. Good or great Acupuncturist is a Licensed one with initials of L.Ac after the name. As only licensed acupuncturists are fully trained and practice nothing, but acupuncture as opposed to other medical practitioners who have limited training and spend very little time practicing and perfecting the ART. You wouldn't go to a dentist to get a back surgery ? Would you ?

A: First Acupuncture visit may last from 60 to 75 minutes, follow up visits 30 - 45 min, depending on case complexity. Needles retained from 20 to 45 min depending on condition.

A: Acute conditions may require about 3 to 6 visits and chronic up to 3 months. Often pain is reduced before the treatment is over and more Tx may be needed to stabilize long-term recovery).

A: Usually 1 to 2 x week. In very severe cases up to 3 times.

A. Generally, NO. Some people may experience tingling, radiating sensation at the insertion site, but it's due to stimulation of energy which quickly subsides and produces powerful healing.
Acupuncture needles are very, very thin and contain no medicine on them. Needle's about 10 times thinner than injection needles. The depth and acupuncture methods can be adjusted to person's sensitivity.
