24 Appointment Cancellation Policy
There is a full visit fee for missed appointments without a 24 hour notice. (We always confirm appointments a day prior).
48 Hour advanced cancellation is preferred and 24 is required.
Credit card fees.
If you paid with a credit card and cancelling your appointment at least 24 hours in advance the credit card fee charged to the clinic on your appointment will be deducted.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Answering machine is on 24 hours a day. Because we do not double-book appointments, when you break your appointment, we are not able to fill the empty spot. As time and space is limited someone else may not be able to be seen by us. We value your time, so please value ours as well.
Please arrive 5-10min before your appointment so you can relax and we can take your vital signs better and to be fair to other clients. Our clinic in turn will do our best to minimize your waiting time. We do not double book appointments.
Those who are late may have a shorter session so the next patients won't have to wait.
Please be informed of our 24-hour cancellation policy with respect and consideration to other patients' and practitioners' time.
A 30 min or more lateness is considered a missed appointment and you may lose your visit and be charged a full visit fee for it.
Appointments made on the same day are also subject to the same cancellation policy. Changes can be made online for online booked appointments or by phone/ leaving a voicemail or text (917) 613-8810
No refunds on such fees will be granted. We value your time and appreciate the same in return.
We may send you a reminder email or text regarding your appointment. However, these reminders are strictly a courtesy and are not a requirement to appear for your visit.
