*** Liver & Spinach (Any liver will do (organic is advisable) but mainly pork liver is most potent.  Boil and eat with Spinach.
***Blood Tonic herbs along with other Chinese Herbs can be used to boost woman's Blood to increase Fertility.

***Male Disorders and Infertility are mostly due to Energy (Qi) disorders (Semen loss due to sexual activities etc).
***Sperm Count and Sexuality.
Wall Nuts.

*** Chinese Herbs (under supervision of a practitioner) will boost sexual energy and well being and sperm count in Men.

Studies have shown that some dietary changes can be helpful for men with infertility issues. Reduction of alcohol consumption was associated with an increase in the percentage of normal sperm in a study of men with poor sperm quality. In another study, an unexpectedly high sperm count was found among organic food eaters who ate products without the use pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Their sperm count was more than twice as high as workers who did use pesticides and fertilizers.  These findings, while not definitive, suggest that consuming organically grown foods could enhance fertility.

Some conventional medications can interfere with fertility, so men with fertility issues who take prescription drugs should consult their.

Recreational drugs, steroids, cigarette smoking and exposure to chemicals may reduce sperm count or cause abnormal sperm morphology (shape). Adjusting one's behavior and lifestyle changes may improve sperm count and raise chances for conception.
