foods. Eat less meat and more fruits and vegetables, especially green once.
Eat the biggest meal in
the morning between 9-11am (strongest digestive function of stomach and
spleen is at those times), eat much less at dinner time. Eat reasonable snacks in between meals, especially toward dinner.
Best is you replace your dinner with, say 3-4 small snacks and a glass of water with lemon for instance.
(eating smaller and frequent meals will help you reduce your appetite and reduce the size of your stomach and therefore help
you consume less food.
Eat OATMEAL for breakfast
and may be even dinner. Change toppings according to your taste: cranberries, walnuts, seeds, raisins, flax seeds etc.
DRINKS:
Avoid drinking cold and
especially iced drinks. Cold water requires more digestive energy, also ice cubes may contain impurities. Warm non
