Q. How to find a good Acupuncturist ?
A: Look for one who talks about his experience NOT education.
Ask your potential acupuncturist about his success for your particular condition and browse the website and look at independent patient testimonials.

Q. How long is an Acupuncture visit ?
A: First Acupuncture visit may last from 60 to 90 minutes, follow up visits 30 - 45 min, depending on case complexity.

Q. How many visits will I need for my condition ?
A: Acute conditions may require about 3 to 6 visits and chronic up to 3 months. Often pain is reduced before the cession is over and more tx may be needed to stabilize long term recovery).

Q. How often do I need to come ?
A: Usually 1 to 2 x week.

Q. Do Acupuncture needles hurt ?
A. Generally, NO. Some people may experience tingling, radiating sensation at insertion site, but its due to stimulation of energy which quickly subsides and produces pwerful healing.

Acupuncture needles are very, very thin and contain no medicine on them. Needles're about 10 times thinner than injection needles.  The depth and acupuncture methods can be adjusted to person's sensitivity.

Q. Are Acupuncture needles clean ?
A. Acupuncture needles are disposable and pre-sterilized. NEVER used on more than one person. It is the Law !

Q. What should I feel during or after Acupuncture cession
A. Most people fall asleep on the table or experience deep relaxation. Acupuncture experience varies from individual to individual and depends on the person's state of mind on the given day or moment.

Q. Can you treat more than one problem in one cession ?
A. Yes, in our clinic all problems are prioritized according to the person's complaints and findings.  Acupuncture cession balance the body, mind and Spirit all at the same time, in a single cession.
Q. What if I am not sure if Acupuncture can help my condition ?
A: Give it a try, have an open mind. Get about 6 visits for chronic problem and about 3 treatments for chronic problems, to see if your symptoms are relieved. Have an open mind, give it a try. Acupuncture works on many levels and you are more likely than not to benefit from this age old system that worked for so many for centuries.
