Herbs are often combined with Acupuncture for a better outcome, especially chronic or internal conditions.
Chinese Herbs Preparation.
1.Empty the contents of 1 bag into a container.
2. Add 6 cups of water to it.
3. Bring water to a boil and then, turn it down
and simmer for about 20-30 min.
4. Strain it and drink (slightly warm) 1 cup,
30 min. before meals. 2 Times a day.
* If you forget to drink your herbs 30 min before meals, then
you can drink the liquid 1 hour after your meal.
*** Store the rest of the herbal liquid in the fridge. Warm it
up before drinking. Then continue with steps 1 through 4 with the next bag.
DISCONTINUE IF....
*** If you are a woman and pregnant or during menstrual
cycle
*** If you have a cold or flu. (After the cold/flu is gone you can resume. (Cold/Flu
often require different herbal formula in Chinese Medicine).
